What a public-sector engagement needs
Public facilities have more people watching: residents, supervisors, auditors, and sometimes the press. We write post orders with your facility staff so every officer knows the rules of the site. Officers follow a consistent uniform standard and report in writing after every shift.
Incident reports are written to hold up when your agency, an insurer, or the police reviews them. We plan for coverage continuity so a post is not left empty, and a supervisor is reachable by phone through 24-hour dispatch at (808) 937-3452.

Our record
We have operated on Hawaiʻi Island since 1999 as a family-owned company based in Honokaʻa, owned by a Native Hawaiian Vietnam veteran. We document every shift in writing, so there is a record of what our officers did and when. When you are evaluating vendors, we will provide references you can call. We treat a public contract as kuleana: the work is done for the people who use the facility.
Questions about this service
Do you respond to RFPs and small-purchase requests?
Yes. We respond to formal solicitations and to small-purchase quote requests. If your agency uses a system we are not yet registered in, we register in the system your agency uses.
Can you provide a capabilities statement?
Yes. Call dispatch or use the contact form, and we will send a capabilities statement along with the certificate of insurance, W-9, and other vendor documents your procurement staff request.
Are your officers armed?
No. All of our officers are unarmed and hold a Hawaiʻi guard card. Most public facilities need an officer who observes, documents, controls access, and calls the right people, and an unarmed officer keeps the risk low for staff and the public.
