Mobile patrol and alarm response
Unarmed officers in marked vehicles visit your property on a schedule, check locks and lights, walk the grounds, and log every stop. When your alarm company calls us, we go, check the property, and report back to you.
Who this is for
- Vacant homes and lots
- Vacation rentals
- Construction sites
- Farms and ranches
- Retail and office buildings
- Warehouses and yards
- Homeowner associations
What a patrol visit includes
Each visit is a set of checks we agree on with you before the first night. We mix scheduled stops with randomized times, so anyone watching the property cannot predict when we will show up. Every stop is logged with a time-stamped checkpoint, and you get a written report after each shift.
- Lock and light checks on doors, gates, and windows
- Vacant property and vacation-rental checks between guests
- Construction site checks for equipment, materials, and fencing
- Agricultural land checks along gates, sheds, and farm roads
- Alarm response: your alarm company calls us, we check the property, and we report what we found
- Same-hour incident reports when something is wrong
When patrol makes more sense than a standing post
Many properties do not need an officer on site all night. They need someone to show up, look around, and write down what they saw. A few patrol visits a night usually costs less than a full shift, and for a vacant house or a quiet job site, it often covers the real risk.
If your property needs more than patrol can give, we will say so and recommend a standing post instead.
How we plan routes on Hawaiʻi Island
Distances here are real. Driving from Honokaʻa to Kona takes about 90 minutes, so one officer cannot cover the whole island in a night. Our routes are built by district, and we assign the officers who drive them as close to home as we can.
That means a Puna route stays in Puna, from Keaʻau to Pāhoa, and a Kona route stays between Kailua-Kona and Hōlualoa. It keeps visits on schedule and puts someone nearby when an alarm call comes in.
Questions about this service
How often do you visit?
That depends on the property and the risk. Some clients want one check a night, others want several visits spread across the evening and early morning. We will recommend a schedule after we see the site.
Do you respond to alarms at night?
Yes. Dispatch runs 24 hours. When your alarm company calls us, we send an officer to check the property and report what we find to you and to the alarm company.
Can you patrol a vacant lot in Puna?
Yes. Vacant lots and unoccupied homes in Puna are common patrol stops for us. Call dispatch and we will tell you honestly what we can staff and how often.
