Residential and estate security

Unarmed, state-licensed officers for private homes, estates, vacation rentals, and condominium communities across Hawaiʻi Island. We work quietly, follow written post orders, and respect your family and your neighbors.

Who this is for

  • Estate and second-home owners
  • Vacation-rental managers
  • Condominium associations
  • HOAs and gated communities
  • Owners of vacant homes and lots
  • Families who need a visible presence
  • Property managers and trustees

Homes, rentals, and communities we cover

Residential work on Hawaiʻi Island ranges from a gated estate on the Kohala coast to a vacant lot in Puna. We match the assignment to the property: a standing officer where someone needs to be there, scheduled patrol checks where a regular visit does the job.

  • Private estates and gated homes on the Kohala coast, in Kona, Waikoloa, Hōlualoa, and along the Hāmākua Coast
  • Vacation rentals: presence at check-in and check-out, noise and occupancy checks, and after-hours response for property managers
  • Condominium and HOA posts at the gate, the lobby, and the pool and amenity areas during set hours
  • Patrol checks on vacant homes and lots, including doors, windows, gates, and signs of entry or dumping
  • A visible presence during a family situation: a contested property, ongoing harassment, or the days after a break-in

What a home engagement looks like

We start with a site walk at your property. Together we write post orders that say where the officer goes, what they check, who they call, and what stays private. You decide whether officers wear full uniform or a plain polo for a lower profile.

Officers treat your home and your ʻohana with respect. They do not enter rooms they have no reason to enter, they keep what they see to themselves, and they are courteous to neighbors. You get a written report after every shift and a call as soon as we know about anything that needs your attention.

Working with your alarm company and cameras

We are not an alarm installer, and we do not sell camera systems. We work alongside the ones you already have. When your alarm company or your camera alerts reach us, an officer goes to the property, checks it, and reports back to you in writing.

If you are off-island, that means someone local is looking at the house, not just a notification on your phone.

Why our officers are unarmed

Our officers are unarmed. Every one holds a Hawaiʻi guard card, which requires state-approved training and a background check. At a home, the job is to observe, deter, document, and call the right people. An unarmed officer does that well and keeps the risk low for your family, your guests, and your neighbors.

Questions about this service

Can you watch my house while I am off-island?

Yes. We set up scheduled patrol checks, or a standing officer if the situation calls for it, and send you a written report after each visit. If anything looks wrong, we call you as soon as we know.

Do you work with vacation-rental managers?

Yes. We can be present at check-in and check-out, handle noise and occupancy checks, and respond after hours when a manager calls dispatch. Reports go to the manager so they have a record for the owner.

Is this discreet?

It can be. Officers can wear a plain polo instead of full uniform, and post orders spell out what stays private. We keep your family's business to ourselves.
